Located in the gastronomical neighbourhood of TTDI, LUT is a sassy, vibrant gastrobar presenting multidimensional flavours from Europe to Japan—a living expression of Chef Weng’s food ideology.
Rebellious in spirit and warm at heart, our neon‑lit room mixes exposed brick with layers of multicoloured graffiti. We’re intentionally unpretentious and casual—a bar that serves gastronomy late into the night. Come as you are to a spirited atmosphere of vivid chit‑chat and loud laughter, where haute cuisine feels easy and welcoming.
Because LUT is a gastrobar (not a restaurant), you can drop in at 10pm or 11pm for freshly shucked Gallagher oysters with Champagne, or settle in for a perfectly char‑grilled lamb rack cooked to your preferred doneness.
Unbound by a fixed cuisine, Chef Weng and team chase seasonality and tinker with ideas—presenting in‑season ingredients without restraint and dishes designed to spark your palate.

Chef Weng and his team honed their craft across San Francisco, Australia, Singapore, and Penang, bringing a diverse perspective and the confidence to marry global technique with local produce and Japanese sensibility.

For intimate celebrations or executive dinners, we offer a private area (venue‑dependent) and curated menus. Full or partial buy‑outs available on selected dates.
